Ranger, a Collie/Husky/Shep X, was in one of my classes with his pet parent. His pet parent recently adopted him and quickly discovered he is practiced at people training thru physically controlling the handler by jumping up and grabbing with nails and teeth. She brought him to one of my group classes and he quickly showed us his typical way of behaving. With my guidance, within three minutes Ranger was behaving very well just by providing him with calm, follow thru leadership. His pet parent smiled from ear to ear and received huge applause from spectators. Ranger’s behaviour was improved just by changing a few simple handler techniques involving canine psychology. That is the foundation by which I train and rehabilitate dogs and people. Using the K9 brain to enhance training not to hinder it.
